Pumpkin Patch Fun

This afternoon we went to our usual pumpkin patch to pick some pumpkins. You loved running around every where. You also kept trying to pick up pumpkins. 

Skytop Apple Orchard 2014

Today we got a happy surprise. Daddy was able to leave work for a little while today and spend some time with us. We ate lunch together and then went to the apple orchard. The weather was awesome! We had a great time together! 

Dentist Visit--Uh oh!

Yesterday daddy took you and Dax to the dentist. You both did great! Dax had a good report, but you on the other hand have TWO cavaties! Looks like we need to cut back on your favorite snack- gummy fruit snacks! 

Yesterday you started running a fever so I stayed home with you. You're still sick so I plan to take you to the doctor and stay home with you. You have been very clingy and tell me "Up mommy". Although it is difficult to do anything, I have enjoyed holding you! I sure hope you get better soon!

1st he peed on the dining table (this potty training is going ....)

2nd he walked out of the apartment by himself!!! Thank God he returned safely....yes we learned he was gone as he was walking back in!

And 3rd he is into EVERYTHING!!! No exaggeration! He was crying and running to me out of our bedroom covered in white cream. When I investigated I found he had gotten hold of my Lotion in the master bath. As I stepped in to pick up the bottle I fell flat on the floor because he had gotten lotion all over the floor! Now mommy knows why he was crying!! I guess on a positive note our place smells like Japanese cherry blossom!

•••Daddy wanted me to mention that you also hit your brother in the back of the head with a balled up fist for no reason!!  I think we have officially entered the terrible twos!!! Of course you would disagree by shouting "No!" That is your favorite word!

Happy 2nd Birthday

Today we held your 2nd birthday party even though it was last Saturday. We decided to wait until we got back from the beach. The weather looked too overcast and rainy for the pool party we had planned so we set up in our apartment. You love Mickey so that is the kind of party you had. Mamaw, Lester, Aunt Jenny, Uncle Bobby, Dylan, Gracie, Mimi, Pawpaw, Steve, Teresa, her sister Mindy, Tara, Jimmy, Aubry, Aralynn, and Grandma all joined the party. It was fun and the kids even got to go for a quick swim! It's hard to believe you are two! We love you lots!

Myrtle Beach 2014

We had a great week on vacation despite 7 out of 9 people getting the stomach bug! Also, when we got to our condo it reeked of fish! Daddy quickly got the management to fix that! Whew! We had a great time going to the beach, pools, shopping, eating, sleeping and playing putt-putt! We checked in on your actual birthday! You were all about your Uncle Bobby too! 

I Will Get Your Attention Momma!

The other night it was storming and there were tornado warnings in the area. We decided to let you and Dax sleep with us. As the four of us lay in the bed you kept saying "Mom, Momma, Mom!" I tried ignoring you hoping you would fall asleep. The next thing I heard was "Weez, Louise" in your cute voice. We all started laughing shocked that you called me by my name.
